I love Etsy. There I said it. I’m on the site at least once a day if not more. There’s just something about things handmade. I’ve been a crafter all of my life, when I was little my mom called me “The Shredder” because I was always cutting up paper or fabric to make something. The living room floor always had bits of my projects – sorry mom!

One of my dearest friends is getting married this November. When she asked if we would do their engagement session I was more than thrilled. We pulled out all the stops on this one, I might have gotten a little carried away – 3 different locations with 4 outfit changes. But, I’m the matron of honor, I’m allowed to get a little carried away in the details:) Thanks for being such great sports Chet & Jessie, I can’t wait to be part of your wedding day!

At the end of the summer my aunt and mom put together a Teddy Bear Tea Party. A grand time was had by all, we were able to slow down and enjoy each other’s company and all of the little details put into the event. Here is a glimpse of the day. Enjoy!

The tea was held in a beautiful barn rescued from a nearby retired farming property.
Miniature Teddy Bears were the center piece of the table for the teddy bear each guest brought along.

A few days ago the Althoff Family came by for a fun birthday photo session celebrating a fourth birthday and first birthday. We had a blast – played with bubbles, read books, ate cupcakes and played dress up.
